Information Mapping® is a practical and research based approach that enables organisations to create effective, usable and logical documentation, reference material and business communications.
Information Mapping® is specifically designed to cater for the problem of "information overload" while at the same time structuring and presenting material to facilitate easier information access, retrieval and comprehension.
Project support
TACTICS can either undertake an entire information project, or support you in a specific area of a project. We can:

• design model documents and prototypes

TACTICS adopts a multi-stage approach to designing information architecture for business documentation. The structure we develop is based around the needs of your users.
Content development
TACTICS can work with your people to develop and refine information. We can work with you to achieve clarity, identify information gaps and eliminate inconsistencies.
Editing and guidance
TACTICS can help your people improve their documentation skills. We can:
• identify the audience and purpose of the document with the author
• review and edit the document, providing constructive feedback
• guide the author and answer questions to help develop their skills
