Tables are a big part of presentation in Information Mapping®. New table features in FS 3.0e include:
• Custom table options
• Tables inside a Block
• Default custom table
• Auto number table rows for Step/Action and Stage/Description tables
New Quick Start Toolbar
FS 3.0e includes a new Quick Start toolbar. This offers:
• Enhanced installer
• Silent install options
• Customer installation options
• Simplified installation process
FS XML Functions
Formatting Solutions 3.0e allows writers and editors to:
• save as HTML or XML with the click of a button,
• import XML and resave it in XML after editing, and
• use Microsoft Word to create content without having to worry about the XML tags.
Improved Continue functions
This improved function includes "Continue All Pages" which automatically inserts “Continued” whenever a Map or Block hangs over multiple pages.
Insert Picture function
Previous versions of Formatting Solutions have not included an insert image in the toolbar. FS 3.0e, allows you to easily click and insert a photo, graphic or chart.
